One of the biggest problems I faced when moving to this method was understanding what to pick the orders into. This will very much depend on your setup, and how big your products are, but here are some solutions.
If you have a larger warehouse, picking into a moving trolley is the most efficient way. This ensures you only make 1 trip around your warehouse and you pick as you go into the bin numbers provided in the app, then simply take the trolley back to your picking station when your finished and start packing.
If you do not have space for this, you can stack and number some static pick bins next to your packing station and pick into these so you still only go to each product bin once, and then pack from each bin. This is less efficient than a moving trolley, but it is cheaper and will still save you multiple trips around the warehouse.
